The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for facilities and maintenance items, general repairs and troubleshooting.
Compensation:
$37,000 to $43,000 per year depending on experience.
Starting Wage based on background and qualifications Duties and
Responsibilities:
Conduct general maintenance and repair on all areas of the facility; including, but not limited to:
flooring, wall patch, painting, plumbing, lighting, ceiling, tile, door, window, forklift duties, clean up as directed, etc.
Conduct general maintenance and repair on all areas of the range including the traps, carrier systems, rails, lights, baffles and other support structures.
Preventative maintenance on equipment.
Troubleshooting and repair on equipment.
Organize and direct small projects and minor build outs not requiring the services of a general contractor.
Installation of small equipment and systems.
Assist with HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
On-site escort of contractors and vendors.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices.
Requirements:
Two to four years' general maintenance experience required High School diploma or equivalent.
Writing and communication skills.
Computer literate.
General carpentry, electrical, plumbing and flooring skills.
Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
Knowledgeable of federal and state regulations such as OSHA is very desirable.
