The attention to detail extends to the front of house where all our customers are greeted as friends and we create an environment where everyone feels comfortable and welcome.
Smokin' J's BBQ is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer focused individuals to join our FOH team at our Poway location.
We are hiring cashiers and food runners that will make our customers feel like the luckiest customers in San Diego when they dine with us.
Pay is $16/hr plus tips.
We split tips evenly and average $6.
5-$8.
5/hr.
Total pay is approximately $22-$24/hr.

Responsibilities:
Opening and/or closing procedures Taking orders, handling the POS system (Toast) and cash drawer Getting beverages (soda, beer, wine) for guests Running food and bussing tables Ensuring the patio and bar always stays clean and organized Making to-go cups for sauces, ketchup, and other condiments Answering general customer questions Taking phone orders Requirements:
Enthusiastic and friendly personality Strong organizational and team working skills Attention to detail and cleanliness Reliable transportation Physical Requirements:
