Farmers Insurance/Jose Bravo Agency in Poway is looking for a full-time customer service/sales representative.
This is a dual function position:
you will be selling auto, home and life insurance to new clients and also servicing our existing clients with policy changes as needed.
This position offers a base hourly wage
commission
bonus.
Licensed in Property and Casualty and/or life and health preferred.

Maintain knowledge of new products.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needsProvide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policyRequirementsPossess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

High School.
Active or ability to get licensed to sell P&C and Life and Health Insurance within 60 days of hire.
Will train right individual.
Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish a definite plus.
No felony convictions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
