Job Summary The Quality Assurance position ensures that our products and services meet the necessary requirements before they reach the consumer.
This position develops the process to inspect the final product to make sure it has been built with compliance to legal standards and meets customer expectations.
The Quality Assurance candidate is thorough and observant with an eye for detail and must fully understand the requirements for the product or service and have a sense of responsibility towards our potential and existing customers as well as the competition.
Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes Experience and knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and processes Devise and review specifications for products or processes Organize and manage non conformance Perform all final and release product and system testing Reduce out-of-box failures Inspect incoming COM components and assemblies as they arrive at factory for pre-assembly Perform 1st pass yield tests and NPI processes Respond to customer/supplier queries Audit system based on ISO 9001:
2015 requirements.
Develop tools and documentation to aid in the organization's day-to-day tasks Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis Assist QA Manager in preparing and presenting documentation for reviews/meetings and internal audits
Experience:
A degree in business administration or a relevant fieldpreferably in the electronic manufacturing environment is a strong advantage Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.
) Problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action Methodical in methods Ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people Ability to work alone and within a team Strong exposure in customer facing role In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards A keen eye for detail and a great attitude Excellent English communication skills Excellent knowledge of Word/Excel/Ppt Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
