This role will report directly to the Owner/CEO and will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including managing daily schedules and helping with any tasks or projects that may arise.
The right candidate will be able to multi-task, have excellent communication skills, pay strong attention to details and the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to work efficiently and independently, as well as in team collaboration.
Must be highly innovative, detail-oriented, and organized, and have excellent time management, problem-solving, and communications skills Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment on multiple projects Organize and maintain files and records.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Provide administrative support to management staff.
Perform one-off tasks on an as needed basis.
